Yes I definitely will!

We had some difficulties but Alex and his team did everything they could to make the process as smooth as possible. The difficulties were unique to my situation and it was clear to me that Alex and his team did everything they could to work it out.

Fantastic experience and pretty much effortless

Veterans United was amazing, they helped me get an amazing rate, and were willing to make last minute changes that were able to allow me to move into my home on time

Great experience with Va loan

Hey Veterans, If you're looking for your first home or your next home, I highly advise to go with Veterans United for their expertise, diligence and professionalism. Thanks to my teams hard work and attentiveness, my family and I are now pleasantly living in our first home! Thank you Veterans United, we couldn't be happier!

The entire team at Veterans United was absolutely amazing! They made us feel so comfortable and confident throughout the entire process from start to finish. Having purchased a home prior on our own, it was such a huge and wonderful difference having this great team on our side looking out for us. Thank you for helping us find our beautiful new home!

A six hour close that led to exhaustion and extreme confusion while signing closing papers is not alright. You don't take an elderly disabled veteran and make him and his wife sign papers for 6 hours while the caregiver and dogs are in a hot car on a one hundred degree day. Since Veterans United kept messing up the paperwork they weren't even allowed food during this time. By the time they signed the confusing paperwork that VU kept messing up, they were hungry confused and very fatigued, which is highly illegal on Veteran United's part. They didn't even receive copies of the paperwork for 48 hours after the transaction. I (the caregiver) called the supervisor the next day after the whole mess, and he did not even offer to fix anything. Horrible mess. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Morris and family,
I’m so sorry to hear what happened on closing day. A six-hour signing in extreme heat, especially for an elderly disabled Veteran and their spouse, is not okay—and I can’t imagine how upsetting and exhausting that must have been for everyone involved, including you as their caregiver.
We absolutely want to understand how this unfolded and where we failed to step up. Your feedback raises some serious concerns, and I’d like for my client advocate team to have the opportunity to talk with you directly so we can look into this and bring it to the attention of the right teams here. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com. We’re in the office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday, but we’ll follow up as soon as we can if you contact us outside those hours.
This experience should have been handled with care and respect, and I’m genuinely sorry that didn’t happen.
Martin was excellent and the whole process was worry free because of his attention to detail and timely responses.

My team was exceptional. This is the second time I've worked with VU and I will be back.

Veterans United made our first home buying experience simple during one of the craziest times in our lives. Between living in one state and buying in another, driving across the country, and my husband and I being separated by deployment right before closing on the house, our loan officer Devin McCall did absolutely everything he could to keep us happy and successful in our home buying journey. We were in a big hurry to get everything done, and it was nice to have such aggressive support from our loan company. If you use this company, request Devin!

I wasn't pleased with all the delays at t he end which put the loan at risk and everything wasn't happy
