Great to work with. Need to be more specific with explaining policies. Overall is on call and gets back to use right away. Helped us find a good insurance company and getting intouch with utilities and electrical companies and put the bills in our name. Security companies as well. VA center and hospital near our house. Overall great to work with.
Everything went very smoothly until the end. An issue arose AFTER closure docs were signed that required resigning of deed. Not sure if error was on part of VU or title company, but it cause us a fair amount of stress, time & inconvenience.

I was really impressed with the straight forward attitude of both Will Kennedy and Brayden Byrd more with Brayden the two of them made going through the loan process much more bearable thanks to them and there teams. With Will i got break needed and Brayden to keep me on track.
