The day of closing it seemed like no one knew what had to be done still or needed. Was asked to send invoices of things I personally did a couple of times. The issue was wood for drainage that needed to be cut. No one said anything I would of cut that wood if told. But it was part of the repairs outlined that was sent for the fix. Other than that it was a pleasant experience. Eric and Courtney did a great job.

Everything went well . I felt secure that I had a team of people working this. I now have the keys to my own home.
Biggest issue I had was the initial tittle estimate. Would have rather expected I higher estimate so that when the actual amount was finalized it’s not as big of a big between the cost. But overall very wonderful experience!

The whole experience was great. Sarah was on top of the whole process from the start. She always checked in after home tours and as soon as we were ready to make an offer-she contacted the agent and made sure they had all the necessary information. Once we were under contract the entire team was working hard to get to closing. Catrina checked in daily to confirm receipt of needed items or to let us know if we needed to get a document signed.
