I had an excellent experience with both Tyson Smith and Lisa Shrum. I was ALWAYS treated as a 1st class customer. When I had questions or concerns, a response came same day. My loan is 15% of the purchase price, so not in the six figures. Never once was I treated like a number, and ALWAYS given good insight when I issues acquiring documents. For my first time homebuying experience, Man I was stressed...its the hugest purchase the average hard working American persues. I will definitely recommend to any veteran, and if and when the time comes , no doubt would do business again.
They asked us several of the same documents, because they didn’t like the semantics of the other ones. Every time they told us that it would be the last document, it always had more. Our realtor and paralegal tried to reach out to them many times and we only got any answer after 5pm. We had a bunch of issues with the writing of our loan and we almost lost the house
