My loan is 15% of the purchase price, so not in the six figures. Never once was I treated like a number, and ALWAYS given good insight when I issues acquiring documents. They asked us several of the same documents, because they didn’t like the semantics of the other ones. Every time they told us that it would be the last document, it always had more. Our realtor and paralegal tried to reach out to them many times and we only got any answer after 5pm. We had a bunch of issues with the writing of our loan and we almost lost the house
