Everything was explained and made as easy as possible. The videos showing what to expect were a real help when going through the process. The "To Do" List was a great help. Being able to upload all the documents to our page was extremely easy and great for keeping everything together.
My team went way beyond what they needed to do to make sure everything went smoothly. This not a cliche phrase for Veterans United, especially the team of Mike Patzius, Stephanie Pantelano, and Rachel Bruce. Professional, knowledageble, courteous, patient, empathetic, and incredibly nice. I would recommend his team to everyone.

This is the 2nd time in a year that we worked with VU. The first experience was not so hot and our case was closed. Personally, I believe that the loan specialist did not want to put the time or effort into our unique income situation. Which, in the long run, was a blessing.After a 6 month waiting period, we contacted our local VU office and they immediately went into action and we had our pre-approval within several days! Over the next 2 months, our loan was handled efficiently and with topnotch expertise! We are beyond pleased with every detail in our experience with the Elizabethtown VU office!

I just don't think you should give an exact closing date. Because I was planning on that day, then I was told it would be before then. And it ended up being a week after the original closing date. Just my advice. Other than that it was a very easy process.
