Great service highly recommend

The first time I worked with Veterans United Tommy was amazing at helping me navigate the process, I was a young bachelor just out of the Navy and it was all overwhelming and he helped me figure it out. I remember my first conversation with Tommy I was in the parking lot at McDonalds relocating cross country after getting out of the military unexpectedly and I kept saying I had no clue what benefits I had or where to even start. I was still on administrative leave pending my medical separation and Tommy kept telling me it would be alright and he would get me through the process. It’s that incredible support and service that brought me back to Veterans United this time around. And don’t you know it they stepped their game up even more the second time around. Here we were relocating cross country again and this time with a wife and a 15 month old son trying to figure it out again. And the concierge program that y’all added was incredible. I honestly think any veteran would be foolish not to work with Veterans United. Twice now I’ve been against the wall trying to figure out these cross country moves and twice now Tommy has bailed me out. I know whenever we look to buy again if ever we do move, my first call will be to Tommy to figure it out. Seriously someone over there owes him a beer or something.

Moving and purchasing a new home when you live on a fixed income can be extremely stressful. Add on top of that being a disabled person and senior citizen and it can become a disaster waiting to happen. This is why I choose to work with Veterans United. They understand the difficulties many veterans like myself face and work diligently to be honest, upfront, and understanding throughout the process. The team I had kept me informed every step of the way through texts, emails, and phone calls. I never had to worry about not knowing what was next - and there were no hidden surprises - because my team of professionals made sure the purchase process was smooth all the way to closing. I would highly recommend Veterans United for any veterans looking to purchase a new home. For this Navy vet, it was smooth sailing!

The whole Veterans United Team made something that seemed impossible to me, a reality! I had never purchased a home from afar and they assisted with every step and kept things moving smoothly. I am very grateful for the team effort, genuine care and professionalism displayed by everyone😁. I would highly recommend Veteran’s United for your home loan needs!

Pretty streamlined service. the entire team was helpful and responsive.

The title company was unprofessional. I had to call them to see if I could get my keys. They almost forgot to return my earnest money.

I appreciate the professionalism displayed throughout the entire process, and being upfront when obstacles arose, knowing they were expected then acting to mitigate any
extreme delays in closing.

Absolutely top notch customer experience. I felt very taken care of throughout the entire process. The team was professional, knowledgeable , responsive and approachable. I felt like they were on my side and worked to get things done quickly.

Genuine excitement during the entire process.

The entire team was a amazing, and put in far more effort than I had expected. Absolutely zero complaints.

As I sit over here emotional, just can't believe it, but thanks to the great job of the crew and the company Veterans United I'm so blessed thankful for such a great job and service and you provide the veterans of the United States

Bad, please make sure Veterans Unit are working on your best interest and not just their commission for themselves and other participants. After closing on the house I still had to wait 4+ days to obtain keys for property, unacceptable transaction.
Response from Veterans United
Hi Jose,
I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. It’s upsetting to know that you felt we weren’t fully looking out for your best interests—this is definitely not the kind of service we aim to provide. The delay in getting your keys after closing must have been incredibly frustrating, and I completely understand why that would feel unacceptable.
We strive to make the homebuying process as smooth and stress-free as possible, and it’s clear we didn’t meet that standard here. My team would like to dig into what happened and see how we can learn from this to ensure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. If you’re open to it, can you please reach out to us directly at 1-800-212-5200 or ClientAdvocate@vu.com? We’re here from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST Monday through Friday, but feel free to contact us whenever it’s convenient for you.
