





We purchased our home in November 2019 and I deployed shortly after that. Nathan and his team did a phenomenal job getting this done for us. During my deployment, Nathan reached out about refinancing opportunities and how it would benefit our situation. I understand that people are busy but I had left several messages with questions about our loan process that went unanswered. This lead to a misunderstanding due to lack of communications and now we are stuck with a very large negative hit against our credit.
