The realtor that was assigned to my team was really bad. It seemed like I was expected to do everything to find a home on my own. He was unprofessional. In regards to the paperwork near the closing, the ball was really dropped. My closing had to be delayed 2 hours because the paperwork was not at the title company. I ended up having to call senior management 40 minutes before the delayed appointment to get the paperwork there. No one on my team were answering their phones during this time either. I had the inspections scheduled within a week of the purchase agreement. It felt like the wait for the appraisal was excessive and the appraisal along with the final paperwork was left to the last minute. I wasn't given proper time to go over any of the paperwork at the end. There also seemed to be a disconnect between my realtor and my team about closing costs.

I did not receive any options to get my mortgage to my desired need. I had to research options to get my mortgage close to what I desired. Lender officer went on vacation towards the end offer making it hard to trust the companies concerns of my needs to meet the loan payment for the future..
So easy to work with. Went out of their way to be sure we had understood the entire process. Now we own our home and from application to close was less than a month. Would highly recommend
