Colin and his team are so awesome, super informative throughout the whole process and supportive. The team was super accessible and friendly. I would absolutely recommend veterans united.
It was an overall great experience with the exception of the confusion around the land we own. We have two separate lots for which one has a loan and the other is owned wholly by us. There was repeated confusion between the lots with the wrong lot being referenced for the loan. The confusion continued even after we provided documentation that firmly outlined the differences. Up until the very last day before we closed, our last set of documents that we had to e-sign still referenced the wrong lot number. I had to reject signing and wait for it to get corrected.
