We only had one minor problem, which was with the VA not working as quickly as we wanted. But Mike and the rest of the team maintained constant communication to help us get through this process, which was very stressful.

It cannot be understated how well whitney did with our home buying experience. It was a long process from October of last year until now. She has been patient and very thorough at explaining things to us and even trying to help us work the deal we wanted in the price range we wanted to be in. When I had a question she always answered in a timely manner and I think back to purchasing our first house and to purchasing this one and honestly its the reason we decided to go with veterans united again because of whitney.
When we were able to talk or communicate with anyone from our team it was helpful. It was hard to get answers to our questions the same day. It always took multiple days to get in touch at the beginning.
