Everything surrounding my home purchase was made so much easier, quicker and with much less stress through Veterans United. I attempted going elsewhere for my VA loan at first and it was an absolute nightmare of miscommunication, processing delays, wasted time and losing out on the purchase of a home I really wanted. After switching to Veterans United, it was the complete opposite! My team, Marlon/Brenda/William and the RE agent they referred me to-Jennifer, were the absolute BEST! Everything was right there, from the loan to the moving in process. I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was working with my team at Veterans United and Jennifer. All four of them always made me feel included in every step, worked hard to make certain I got the house I love and funded in the particular terms I wanted (extra thanks to Marlon & Brenda for that!) Choosing Veterans United turned my previous months long nightmare experience into quickly finding the house I completely fell in love with and within a few short weeks, moved into my new home.
My entire team made this new experience very seamless. I was informed, I was not shuffled around, I never felt pressured or rushed at any stage.The follow-ups made a huge difference for me as well. Everyone had/has a job to, but I never got that feeling from them.
I was very pleased with how my VU team operated from opening to closing and in getting us to our dream house. 5 stars all the way. Knocked it out the ballpark.

Honestly I've known homelessness in my life, as a teen before the Navy and again after the Navy at a time I felt the VA had thrown me under the bus. Allot has changed in my life, I've consciously and often privately worked on myself, sowed allot of seed in the hope of a better tomorrow for many years.Then after about 17 years living in a trailer park I decided I'd had enough of the locals affecting my state of well being.
