I really didn't appreciate the way Shawn and Jaclyn tried to handle me as if I was a welfare case. Never was there a good morning or how's everything going everything was through text message or email and when I called straight to voice message. I'm a veteran who served my country and the reason they have a job today I earned my home and hate how people take us for granted. Although Shawn was diligent in his work habits and lot of us veterans are not the same as we once were do to the fact war has a life altering effect. So that's how I feel.

My team was the team dreams are made of. They were always courteous even when I let my frustrations show. When I saw an issue and needed something done. Mike and Cecelia were always available even after hours to answer my questions and get it right even after closing on our new house. This was an overall good experience. Bumpy start as my original Loan Officer was not familiar with Texas Loans and the Veterans United Loan Board (VLB) and the reduced rate, especially for Disabled Veterans, but once the Loan was reassigned to a Texas Veterans familiar with the VLB, things moved very fast.
Me team was great!!!! Everything from paperwork to talking on the phone for reassurance!!!
