Justin is amazing and helpful, any questions even the dumb questions as a first time home buyer had he had the answers for so it was really simple for us. Highly recommend him for new home buyers, I plan to use him again in the future.
We recently refinanced with Veterans United Home Loans using the same loan officer, Nathan Bitner, who has been with us since the very beginning. Working with Bryan has been a phenomenal experience. He was very attentive. He took time to listen to my concerns and then took as much time as needed to answer questions to my satisfaction and/or give me the clarity I needed to make informed decisions. My attempts to contact Bryan were successful. If I left a voice message he would return my call expediently. The same can be said about sending him an email or a text message. He is very responsive. Bryan always made me feel that working with us and doing his part to assist us in getting our loan approved was the most important task for him. There was never a time that Bryan displayed any displeasure throughout the entire process. From the loan application to the Clear to Close, he was very personable and professional. It was my honor to work with someone so knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. We were in the process of selling our home when I first made contact with Bryan. Selling a home and purchasing a new home simultaneously involves many hills and valleys and periods of joy and pain. I am grateful that Bryan was the one constant throughout the entire process that I could count on to be reliable and be a person of his word. Even when he had to break the news to me that we had to push back our closing date, it was done with such empathy that it truly lessened the sting of that fact knowing my heart was looking forward to that closing date. Prior to Bryan compassionately delivering this news, there were a couple of hurdles that were overcome (on the sellers side) right before our closing date-so the thought was we were finally good to go! Then came the news of having to push the closing date back. Bryan is dependable and will be with you every step of the way in the loan process as if he is doing it for himself or a loved one. I am not sure that I understand why multiple instances of verbal assault of me in the form of multiple people I spoke with as “professionals” working for veterans united was part of the home buying process for us including Emily and also Summer who would not stop insulting me multiple times during the contract signing in my home. Yes I am a military spouse. My husband was not impressed by this either .

In general, I appreciated working with Veterans United very much. My only issue was that I would have preferred to pay the homeowner's insurance myself rather than it be attached to the escrow.
