The staff members at Veterans United were great communicators and were unfailingly kind and supportive throughout our loan process.
I really enjoyed my experience with the entire Veteran United team . They were all so professional and made the entire process go smoothly.
I got a call on Sunday to start my loan process and closed on the estimated.
The service provided was excellent. I would only suggest that you let the buyer know as soon as possible what documentation is required. Some of the Buyer's documentation took a little while to get.
Amazing Team! Kara, and DJ have been phenomenal! Couldn’t ask for a better team!
Vetrans United helped us reach a dream that we always thought would go unrealized.. we couldn't be any happier. Matt Torres and Nate Arni were a pleasure to work with. They were both very helpful and willing to chuckle and encourage during the stressful times of collecting documents. We would absolutely recommend Veterans United to fellow veterans.
Very professional and pleasant
Gabe was wonderfully available to answer my numerous and ignorant, in some cases, questions. He was always pleasant and helpful.
Tim and his team are outstanding! As a first time home buyer, they were very thorough about next steps and what to expect in the home loan process. I’d recommend this team to anyone!
MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUSINESS WAS AMAZING! I PRAYED OVER EVERYONE. AND ASK GOD TO GUIDE ME AND THE PEOPLE AND I ASK HIM IF THERE NO GOOD. I NEED THEM TO MOVE! TIM IS A MAN OF GOD!!! EVERYONE ONE ELSE WAS A WOMAN OF GOD!! LOOK AT GOD AND HOW HE WORK!! IF YOU NEED A HOME. GO TO VETERANS UNITED. WORDS CANT EXPLAIN. VERY GOOD PEOPLE!
We couldn’t ask for a better loan officer, he’s the best hands down.
Overall, the experience was positive with Veterans United. I am a first time home buyer and going through the rigorous VA loan process was a challenge due to my minimal understanding. I give the company excellent review on customer service, as well as knowledge. To be fair, I have to mentioned a few surprises occurred at the end that blindsided me (e.g. underwriting). This was the lenders fault for not catching that a few more documents were needed earlier. This would have made our closing miss a deadline. In the end, it worked out because the buyer (myself) and the seller have a positive relationship, the purchase was already agreed upon (versus an aggressive, competitive market), and we the buyer/seller were able to turn around the new requested documents. I am unsure how the situation would have unfolded in a different scenario.I would recommend Veterans United to my friends with no hesitations.
