I was rushed and pushed through the whole process and being a new home buyer I was blinded and never coached on what anything meant. Being told many times to just sign or you wont close but yet no guidance why the rush and not a reason why but a quick paycheck. I never agreed to a 30 day extension after close and was very adamant about it. I overpaid for the house and the negotiations was made in the favor or the realtor not the buyer or seller. I will never use or recommend this company service to any of my service brothers period.

The pressure you described around signing documents and not understanding key parts of the process is especially concerning. Whether it's a 30-day extension or final numbers, you deserve clear explanations—not ultimatums. That’s something we take seriously, and I appreciate you calling it out.

That said, I’m genuinely sorry the experience leading up to that point was such a mess. Getting passed between teams, delayed timelines, and last-minute funding is not the kind of service we aim to provide—especially when you were staying on top of every request as quickly as you did.

I can only imagine how frustrating it was having to juggle labor, truck rentals, and extended rent while waiting on us. That’s a level of stress no one should have to deal with during what’s already a high-stakes process.
