The assistance I received is beyond anything I have experienced... started with my credit counselor to get my score back up after a divorce, then connecting me with a loan officer, concierge, and a real estate agent... I can't thank my team enough for all the assistance, and guidance they provided... they are some very exceptional people... if you are a veteran, and need assistance in purchasing a home of your own, this is the organization you need... thank you for all you did...
Brandon was also very helpful.
Colin, Julie, Kimberly, and everyone on his team were all around great! This is the third house I’ve bought working directly with them. If I ever go on the market then I’m also contacting them again. I highly recommend and suggest everyone to do the same!
Very great experience, thanks for all the help!
The VU team made us feel comfortable and appreciated throughout the whole process - from well before we were under contract, to the day we closed, and even beyond. They were quick to respond to all of our questions, no matter the complexity and we always felt like we were their number one priority. The team was highly skilled, efficient, and empathetic - it felt like we had all been friends for years! I appreciate all the hard work VU put in to get us where we needed to be on closing day and would recommend them 1000 times over!
Overall, very happy with Veterans United. This is the second time we’ve used them. I’ve always been happy.
I will be recommending Veterans United to my veteran friends/family.

If you are debating on using Veterans United to purchase your home, I would absolutely without a doubt tell you that they are the best way to go! Buying a house seemed like something that would never happen for me, but thanks to my team the idea that seemed so far away is now my reality. Without my loan officer Josh Jennet and loan coordinator Ofelia Clements I would not be sitting in my bedroom in my new home. I highly recommend working with them, and I will be requesting them the next time I buy/refinance. Thank you Veterans United and my loan team!! Forever Grateful
What happened happened the situation for me was very stressful but in the end I got the home and the loan so that's good. As a manger and former project engineer this is something easily fixed and and as this may be obvious I still offer my advise for future veterans sake.1. Communicate verbally and email to your customer your leaving for will not be able to communicate for whatever period of time.
2. Set up a plan for another licensed loan officer to take over in your absence. Have that person call customer to firm up the take over plan.
3. Never ever trust that someone else in your organization will manage your customer the way that you would or should. That being said make sure #1 nd 2 are done before and after you leave.
