Things could have went smoother, in my opinion. It seemed like I was sending copies of the same paperwork to different people when I feel one should have received what was needed and then passed it on to others that needed it. Also, working with Amber was good, but could have been better. I think an agent should research the area where a client is wanting to buy a home and be able to tell them if it's a good neighborhood or not. I do want to thank everyone in helping us get the home that we really wanted in the area we wanted it.
I got emails updating me throughout the process. Navigating the signing papers was quick and easy.
My whole VA team was amazing and was there for me every step of the way! Thank you Nick, Brock, Max, Carol, and Doug! I couldn't have done it without your guidance. I will let anyone know who dreams of owning a home to your expert hands.

PUT IT OFF WAY TOO LONG FOR SOMETHING Veterans United made so easy...OH MY GOODNESS,, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. I went into this scared and confused. Pretty certain I was shooting for Jupiter. YOU ALL MADE IT SO EASY. I was dealing with other issues in my life at same time, but the part with this loan was simple enough to let me keep going. I lost my mother 10 days before closing but this process kept my mind occupied. NOW I am relaxing in a home to totally love.

Matt is a National Treasure and we would not have gone with VA United but for him and his tireless work! Abagail was amazing. Lora stepped in at the end and kept the pace, just an incredible group of professionals. When certain "Realtors" want to downgrade VA loans it literally was VA United that had us ready in 3 weeks, it was our realtor that was the slow poke. So I can't love these people enough!!!

Veterans united goes above and beyond. They are very responsive. They communicate through email, phones call, and text. All the paperwork is through the app. Electronic signatures. It's all super convenient.I had an issue with my lender. I emailed them at 8 p.m., and within five minutes, they responded that it would be taken care of the next day. The next morning, they had paired me with someone amazing and she contacted me at 9 a.m.This was my second time using veterans united. If I buy again, no question, I will be using them.
