This is by far the best mortgage loan process I’ve ever experienced. Veterans United have streamlined the whole loan process reducing a lot of the stress and confusion associated with VA mortgage loans.
They use technology to keep me informed and on track throughout the whole process. I love the Veterans United app (It’s well thought out, intuitive and user friendly). Finally, the staff. From the initial inquiries all the way to closing escrow, the entire team was there every step of the way. They provided outstanding customer service, they answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer than Ashley Palmer. She and her team are very knowledgeable and supportive of my mortgage needs. It really was a personalized service for my unique situation and they we’re outstanding.
