Justin is absolutely superb. He was always helpful, cheerful, and super knowledgeable. He was super communicative and didn't leave us hanging waiting for answers or worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. There were very minimal glitches along the way and Justin was right there to explain and fix them immediately. We've bought many houses over the years and this was the least stressful, best process ever. The only negative thing I have to add is that the insurance agent referred to us was not very responsive. We waited 10 days for quotes and then send a couple of reminder emails. Nothing happened until we asked our concierge to assist. Then we had quotes within a couple of hours. As it turned out they were quite a big higher than local insurance agents, but we thank our loan team for helping us.

Our previous lender locked in our rate close to closing way higher than quoted. Immedietly I called you guys and within a day I got a locked in rate that was actually on par with the market. Our team worked with precision and speed to help us save this deal. I wouldnt have bought this house without them! They even sent us a beloved gift basket with toys for our son and treats for our cat - which showed how much they cared and listened in our phone calls.

Why is this document sent some 9 months after close. Also, the potential buyer waited three months after formal approval by VU for loan assumption. The escrow terminated because of the horrific customer service or processing. I would never ever recommend your firm again. R. Hampton, LTC, US Army

I understand how frustrating it would be to receive a document months after closing and to experience significant delays during the loan assumption process, especially after approval had already been provided. I can also appreciate how disappointing it must have been for the escrow to fall through.
