The entire process from start to finish was fantastic. This is not my first home loan but this was my first time working with Veterans United. They are by far better than any other company that I have worked with in the mortgage industry and comparing my experiences to civilian counterparts it appears that Veterans United blows civilian mortgages straight out of the water. The entire process was simple and straightforward. There were multiple people involved that helped with any questions and concerns I had. The online document submission system is a breeze to navigate. Heck, I was able to close on my mortgage in less than 30 days. This level of service, reliability, and overall performance is basically unheard of in the industry.

Fantastic group. They know what they are doing. Even a complex feeling situation with a duplex on the VA loan. Great rate and I did not have to bring anything to closing. I actually got money back in closing. Like Allstate say your in good hands with VU!
