I would say the loan officers i initially worked with was a very nice person and helped in many ways; however, after that the loan team was all over the place. The closure report was confusing with all the fees, and not to mention the last minute before signing the closing documents, "oh, we forgot, you need to pay for flood insurance before closing"..even though I'm on a 3rd floor condo??? I felt like i was playing "find the peanut under the shell" game because each day was a new find or adventure..I felt like i was being scammed.
Very easy to get ahold of, very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and detailed as a first time home owner I was new to everything Andrew went above and beyond and helped explain and made sure I understood everything even when I felt like I was going to loose the property he’d find solutions to help me get my Dream home

The veterans united team I had the pleasure of working with were extremely quick, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They were an open book! I could ask them anything and id get a very timely answer. As a first time buyer, I couldn't feel more blessed!
I have many good things to say about Veterans United. They were a pleasure to work with, very transparent and timely, as well as going above and beyond to ensure we were updated the second new information was put out. My only concern is mainly my fault, if you’re planning on getting married during the home buying process, put it off until a bit afterwards. If that’s not an option, tell them at the start of the process.
IMHO, I would employ others to take advantage of this Company. I couldn't be more satisfied. It was like ordering a full meal from soup to nuts and walking away very satisfied. Thanks to all of you concerned.
