I’m a 1st time home buyer. This has to have been the easiest process I’ve ever been through. I’ve sat through a few process with family memebers and from what I’ve seen this was the best. I did good research and made sure my stuff was in order to help and these guys guided me the rest of the way. I would 100% recommend them. The only thing that could of made the process any better was if they were able to offer some kind of grants but I had no complaints.
Only Issue I had was throughout the entire process I was told my Earnest Money was to show the seller I was serious, and I would get it back at closing.
Robert Keeley was also very good. He was very patient with all of the communications and all of the checklist processes. His was diligent in making sure all my information got to the underwriters and helped me understand exactly what they were asking of me. I am thankful for my whole team, to include Laura who stepped in and kept the process moving seamlessly when needed. I never felt like anyone dropped the ball or forgot about me. It truly was a person-centric experience and I look forward with working with the same team when it comes to buying my dream home.
When I first was contacted by them we didn't even know for sure when or if we'd buy. They reacted fast and positively when we made the decision. Great bunch!
i'm new to home buying so i had no idea what i was doing and out of no where Matt called me telling me i could save some money with a refinance and took care of everything told me what to read what to sign and did everything for me i never would have done this if not for Matt
It was a good experience for this Buyer. He was frustrated at times over the amount of documentation that was needed, but I had told him this would happen and that we would have a closing where his only concern was moving. Good experience for him.
