As a first time home buyer, I am very pleased with the service and help I recieved from my Veterans United Home Loan Team. They were very open to all of my question and concerns during the entire process. They limited the stress that I had to take on and got my home closed in a little less than 30 days!
It was a clean and efficient process. They were there every step of the way answering all my questions. I’ll definitely go through them again.

The team at Veterans United were very helpful. I only had small times where I was unsure of what I should be doing or if the loan process was going smoothly.

My loan officer was the best. She had faith when I didn’t. I’m glad Aimee put up with me and my attitude when I had doubts. She was very knowledgeable and HONEST!!! Veterans United is a large organization with a lot of resources but very poor cooperate practices. The overall failure to communicate between the loan team and underwriting team nearly caused my family to lose the contract on our house 24 hours before closing. My realtor told me if I ever use this company again he would not represent me, and I agree. Veterans are better off working with a local bank that cares about people and their homes, who will treat you like a person rather than a number.
