The process was smooth with the To Do List on the app we always knew what was needed right away. Overall, the home loan process was very smooth. The team Veterans United provided for me was professional, efficient, and effective. The only complaint I have is that the Veterans United VA loan rate page states that "a good credit score almost always means a lower rate". This was not accurate I have excellent credit and was given the highest current VA home loan rate. It was only later in the home buying process where I learned that if I wanted the lower advertised number I had to "Buy down" my rate. I recognize that many factors influence rates. However, the statement on the loan rate page is misleading.
Being a first time home owner, I had no idea what to expect and felt stressed! However my team walked me through everything, and followed up to answer any and all questions!
