Veterans United made such a stressful process as simple quick and easy as it could’ve possibly been.

Veterans United, out of the companies I have spoken with, made the most since! Sheldon and his team made the process unbelievably easy! There was no unnecessary paperwork! There was no wasted time! I completed the checklist, and they did the rest! My estimated date to close was my closing date!



Working with the VU team was an amazing experience I would recommend to everyone, I felt at many times the customer service was so amazing I thought to myself am I being scammed cause everyone is so nice! I am very busy and under a lot of stress you would think buying a home in another state would be stressful however this team made it so it was the most manageable thing in my life right now they made it so easy and stress free. I appreciate everyone of the team and how they helped us buy our home!

When making a major purchase, we usually go through our credit union. When researching our home purchase, we kept seeing ads for Veteran's United. So, we decided to check them out. The reviews were really good so we initiated contact. From our first contact with Laura, then Tommy, and Tammy, we were impressed! The reviews are legitimate, they really are that good! We were guided through each step and the team always had time to answer our questions. All the attributes you desire when purchasing a home are all here: professional, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, efficient, friendly, thorough. We could but have asked for a better team! Highly recommended!!!

Overall 10 out of 10 would recommend. This was my first home purchase, and from the loan team to my real estate agent everything was easy and smooth sailing!

I was not prepared properly for closing. The ability to buy down points for a lower interest rate was never mentioned by the mortgage team. First time homebuyers need to be informed of all possible options for financing the loan prior to closing.

I don't know how to expand on the above comments, without sounding like a broken record. The entire process was painless, and fast. If there were any hiccups, the VU team must have straightened it out before I knew they existed.
