I have bought 5 houses and never had a problem. All were very smooth. This was the first time I tried veterans united and it was by far the worst experience ever. I have never had to jump through so many hoops and explain so many different scenarios just to pay someone 4 times the amount my house is worth.It was by far the most stressful, and frustrating experience. Also, I dont know what the point of using a realtor through you guys was. It did nothing for me at closing, or atleast nothing that anyone mentioned. No point or interest buy down. If it was added, it was not relayed to me.

We decided to purchase our home through VU after doing some research and learning that VU was rated #2 for serving VA loans. After my experience working with VU, I am confused as to why they are not rated #1.
