Kollin, Derick and Josh were extremely helpful. It was a very pleasant experience during a time that was so stressful. I always had questions but Kollin and Derrik were happy to answer them and ease my worries! They never made me feel bad for asking questions and even if they were questions I may have asked several times they still answered them without making me feel bad about it. I feel like a friendship was formed with this team!

So I want to say thank you to everyone that helped. I did run into an issue during closing that denied my loan due to an issue in underwriting. Chris was able to get it fixed however and everything worked out. I understand issues happen and people make mistake. This is my 3rd VA loan, not counting refinance. I've done a previous conventional loan and conventional construction loan. This is, by far the best option experience ever! Tyler Oakley and his team are the best I've ever worked with. Extremely proficient and efficient and they made this is totally painless experience. It looks as very fast from eligibility to closing. For any Veteran, there's no standard higher than what was set during this transaction. For any 1st time Veteran home buyer, this will be the standard to weigh all others against. I would l use Veterans United again if the opportunity arises. When duty called, they answered!!!
