Thanks for your feedback about the document process. I completely understand how important clear communication is when you're gathering everything needed for your loan. At this point, since your loan has already closed, there shouldn’t be any additional documents required.

During the process of purchasing my new home I had all kinds of obstacles to over come and the entire Veterans United staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and was very prompt with answers to any questions I had. If someone is borderline on approval then the appraisal should be held off until approval. People with borderline applications can’t afford to waste money on an appraisal that goes to waste if they’re not approved. During the closing process no one told me what I had to bring. I had to contact the title company to find out they needed a cashiers check. Alex was great. Beth needs to do a better job of acting like she cares. But overall, I know they had to work hard for my approval and they got it.
