



Started out very good. Ended up missing closing date do to VU not sending me all the paperwork I should have filled out until day before closing. This put my family and I in a hotel for two weeks on my money. Could not get a response from my loan coordinator when I had questions, emailed and left voicemail numerous times. Ended up spending tens of thousands of dollars on a zero down VA loan. Loan officer was away for the closing and it took me threatening to walk away from the deal to get any of his associates to get involved and fix the issues. I have bought and sold several homes on VA loans this is hands down the worst experience I have had. I will not use VU again.

Veterans United and my whole real estate team was extraordinary. They made the home buying process super easy and very understandable. I was never left in the dark or pressured into making any bad decision's. This was our first time buying a home, and of course, using the VA loan.
