The entire process went very well. Everyone was very helpful. They promptly answered any questions and resolved any issues. The only issue would be closing costs. We received multiple closing cost estimates ranging from 12,000 to -2,000. We did not get our final closing costs until the morning of closing and there was still friction the day of to determine if those numbers were correct or not. Overall we are happy with our service.

I believe the $12k I had to pay out of pocket did not represent a no money done 100% Disabled Veterans with over a 700 credit score. My interest rate is too high and my $3500 origination fee is as well. I was lied too.
