Communication was superb. If I got my paperwork submitted within 24 hours it was processed within 24 hours. If I had a question my phone call or email was returned on the same business day. I was not pushed to use VU's services if I found something else I preferred. Upon closing we received a care package from the team with personalized gifts that were very thoughtful with my children in mind.
Kari Frank was also fantastic as our Loan Coordinator. Answered all of our questions and was supper supportive.
