The loan team made the buying process very easy. The software/app was very easy to use for uploading documents and keeping you organized on what you had to do to keep the process going. We were ready to close a week prior to our deadline. The concierge service with V.U. helped with finding an agent, setting up utilities, and moving services. This was my second time using Veterans United and I would use them again.

Definitely good peoples all around. They were professional, consistent , and dedicated. Thank you for all the help you gave and for getting me through buying home process successfully…forever grateful!

Misinformed and didn’t keep me updated on chnages. As a company you guys suck I have an open complain with the better business bureau. Also called up the VA working with them on a complaint against your company as well. One of the worse experiences of my life and I’ve been to Iraq.
