The team was great! The only complaint is I did not receive my final numbers until the late afternoon the day before closing. That created an issue with wiring the funds which evolved into a bigger issue involving the seller and the closing on his new property.Other than that, Ryan was great along with the team. I would use him again.
They made the process as simple as possible and helped me purchase my home with no homebuying experience. Every answer I needed was a text away throughout the entire process. Ryan and his team were exactly what we needed.

All of the VU representatives were kind, courteous, professional and had that “just right” sense of urgency needed to get the job done. The were all very knowledgeable and helpful in every way as well. The biggest factor for me was the VU mobile app!!! It is by far the most “user friendly” application I have ever used! The app, along with the assigned reps, together all made the home buying process incredibly easy and quick!!
