My two previous buying experiences with other lenders were not good experiences. But working with Eric, CJ, & Trenton this time was a whole new, positive experience. I was in an urgent situation, & everyone did their best to keep things moving forward as quickly as possible. I was very anxious about the whole situation, but Eric was incredibly patient with me. Everyone treated me with kindness & respect, which is certainly not what veterans nowadays experience. Although I'm hoping not to move again, if I ever need to, I will not hesitate to go through Veterans United again. I even recommended VU to my neighbor today! Ty so much! Y'all are amazing!
Chris is awesome, we dealt with many loan officers and many institutions but Chris and Tiffany made all the difference! Absolutely incredible costumer service and care, also my agent previously had some bad experiences with VU in the past and Chris absolutely won her over too.

The BEST experience I have had with any financing effort in 75 years. The people were excellent, the service superb, and the results finalized quick and efficient. Never left my house from start to finish, accomplished everything required sitting in my old chair watching TV except for the final signing which was done in my kitchen with the lady who came to my home for the task. Spencer, Tiffani, and Diego were amazing!! So helpful and caring every step of the way especially with all the random bumps in the road they made sure we were taken care of!! We got the cutest package after we closed and they even gave us customized things for our kittens!! It was amazing!!
Wes Dyer is an Outstanding loan officer. He is definitely there to help any of the needs answers phone calls when he can and if busy will ALWAYS call back, He did my last loan and when I needed to refinance Wes was my instant first choice. Unfortunately I also had an assistant to Wes that was very difficult to contact Never returned calls and was very unresponsive in comparison to Wes. I was like night and Day between the two,
