He is definitely there to help any of the needs answers phone calls when he can and if busy will ALWAYS call back, He did my last loan and when I needed to refinance Wes was my instant first choice. The only thing keeping Veterans United from a 10 is the loan origination fees that I would not have had with my regular bank. Our home buying journey began with a late night call in the car while driving cross country. We drove and talked to reps for hours, ultimately getting our VA eligibility and pre-qualification while still on the road. Our team was always available to answer our questions and even checked in periodically to see how our home search was going.
