This being our first home ever (yes, at our age...), we did not know what to do or expect. We were guided by you all every step of the way. Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available. Alicia got our Homeowners insurance in line and patiently kept making necessary changes as we needed them. We successfully closed on July 25th, 2022!Tyler (our loan officer) has gone out of his way to make our dream come true. He helped us overcome obstacles which could have destroyed our dream from becoming a reality. We will never forget him or his team!We tell you all this so you can get an idea from the buyers/our perspective. I want everyone to know that Veterans United were extremely helpful when I purchased my house. They made everything so easy and were right there to make sure nothing was forgotten. Veterans United went out of their way to make sure that every document needed by the underwriter was thoroughly explained which made it easy to obtain and provide. With the Veterans United personnel we were able to complete the house purchase process from offer to closing in two weeks. Amazing!
