Service was good, I do not agree with the 5k application fee. I was under the impression that the VA loan was to help veterans, not bene them over the barrel adding 5k to their loan. If I had a chance, I would seek another lender and put 5k toward my house, not to a lender who’s intentions are not clear.
The process and checklist of everything that was required from me was excellent and easy to understand.
