Veterans United Home Loans named one of the country's Top 5 Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance

COLUMBIA, Mo. Veterans United Home Loans, the nation's No. 1 VA purchase lender, is proud to announce Great Place to Work® and Fortune have named it one of the country's 25 Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance, coming in at No. 2 on the list. The ranking considered input from more than 76,000 employees in the Financial Services & Insurance sector.

The Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance stand out for thriving in a competitive marketplace. In 2017, Veterans United employees gave $1.35 million to 135 charitable organizations and local causes throughout the country through the company's philanthropic arm, Veterans United Foundation. More than 90 percent of the company's 2,400 employees donate a percentage of their paychecks to the Foundation, which is matched dollar for dollar by the company.
