The service Veterans United provides makes the home buying process clear and reduces the stresses involved.
The steps that are necessary to accomplish are laid out and clear to the borrower.
Other services are offered, but never pushed. We took advantage of the homeowners insurance that was offered because the product was explained clearly and was actually at a better price than what I received while comparing quotes.

This was me and my wife's first time refinancing our home, and Mike and team did a very good making the process very streamline and easy for us 10/10.
Shane, Diana and there team were an excellent fit for my family very good at communicating and helping me understand the process.
I would recommend Veterans United one thousand percent and then some. They were so communicative throughout the entire process. Never once did I feel as though I did not understand what was happening or lost. Any questions that I did have, they answered and were extremely patient. The entire VU team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It made me feel as though this was not my first time buying a home because it felt so natural. I was afraid the process would be long, hard, and maybe someone would pull the wool over my eyes. But the transparency of the VU team made all those fears go away. Just refinanced with VU - the experience was outstanding! Absolutely, no complaints! VU handled my original mortgage. When I saw an opportunity to refi, I shopped around but could not find a company that was better than VU. Others "fast talked" and promised great rates, but there was always something hidden in the numbers. They were not up front, detailed, and honest like VU. VU even went the extra mile to assist with retitling my home in my family trust. These folks are the "real deal"! They understand that they get more business by being honest, professional, and fair to Vets.
Danny was a superstar and just all around awesome!! He and his team went above and beyond when it came to assisting us with the purchase of our home.
