Overall, it was a pretty positive experience. I think they communicated very well and it was very quick and painless. The only thing would be the last day getting all the information however it might not have been on them fully and also this the process beforehand was so smooth.

I purchased and refinanced my home with VU and each time Mr. Derek Harmon and his team have been amazing with helping me through the process by answering and solving any problems I have encountered. My personal experience has been relatively easy and again, amazing.
I would respond immediately to there request and have to wait 3 or 4 days for a response from them ornate to call and ask what was going on. Made me really want to give up
