Awesome people, very helpful, my credit wasn't quite where it needed to be, but I listened to their advice to a T and sure enough ended up closing exactly timeframe I was looking for!
Veterans United did a great job. Up until the underwriting stage, I felt like communication was perfect and people were reaching out. I think the disconnect between my local Title company and the underwriters caused some minor confusion. In the end I though Veterans United did a great job being so far away. Kyle and his team were super professional, and you always felt like they were there to help you. The underwriting process felt somewhat disconnected and delayed through e-mails. Some e-mails feeling even short or less personal. I think this is common and many other I spoke to felt the same in this stage. Even those from other lending agencies. This was a way better experience than I thought it would be.
