My overall experience was great unfortunately there was a little bit of confusion within the team of how to handle one closing to another one week apart I had asked the same settlement company to hold the funds and use those funds towards my new purchase simple but there were so many hands in the pie. With a document database and personalized objectives, I had everything I needed in one place including information for setting up utilities and movers.
