The crew who helped me threw out my journey was amazing I truly hope all vets receive help from you guys absolutely worth it. From day one they had my back treated me like family, they hade me up to speed in no time. They would call to check in to make sure I was good during this stressful. 10/10 highly recommend.
The team in a whole did an outstanding job and went the extra mile to ensure me and my family had the help we needed in our last minute pcs decision to purchase a home. They were always extremely nice, helpful and had answers to the questions we had asked. This was our first time purchasing a home and they were they made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision in this major milestone in our life!

All of our questions were answered timely and the process overall was seamless.
They asked for the same information over and over again causing extreme stress to an already stressful process. Some of the staff supporting us were very helpful, others would not return our calls and appeared to be very disorganized. This led to our having little confidence in the organization.If we had any choice, I would have changed lenders, but we would have lost the house we were trying to purchase, so we were stuck

Honestly, remove the "super duper secure" line when asking people to verify their identity when using the app... It's embarrassingly childish (at least to me)
