We had a few bumps in the process, none of which were the fault of Veterans United, but they led us through the process admirably.
The whole team is great! The process is so streamlined and everyone is very pleasant to work with and when I have a questions I get an answer from a real human being in minutes. Don’t know what else I could ask for!

Agent was always gone. I would email, she would never answer and when I asked why she said rudely, "I can have time off you know".

The team that I had from veterans untied was second to none. From the start to the end of the process they were always there when I had questions or concerns. They really look out for their customers.
