overall the team did an outstanding job. the only problem was with the appraiser. Bryan could have done a better job informing us of the problems with the appraiser. I think the communication between the underwritters and Bryan was lacking considerably

Being a veteran and using a VA loan everyone said they are hard to use. I had no trouble with getting the VA loan and if I had questions they were very great at responding and making sure you understand when they are done.
