The whole team at Veterans United from the loan consultant Patty King we originally worked with to Brianna Payne the Loan officer and Ryan Cuscaden the Loan Coordinator is spectacular! Patty worked closely with us to make sure we were able to get in position to get our home loan. She stayed in close communication which made the process quick. From there we worked with Brianna who helped tremendously with getting us the answers we needed, got our loan approved for the highest amount possible and still answers our questions now even after funding. Ryan made sure the underwriters were satisfied and stayed on top of everything. He was very efficient in answering calls and emails and had great communication with both me and the underwriters. After shopping around around a lender, Veterans United gave us the highest loan amount, gave the best benefits and perks and matched everything with exceptional customer service.
