Lance was great... Markita too. No problems with your ability to do a loan and communicate with the Realtor and buyer. It's only the 3 month rule of the termite inspection being expired when California allows 4 months... and being really picky on items needing fixing when it is hard enough to get a Veteran a home in a sellers market as the Bay Area mostly is. Seen mixed feelings about VU, and wasn’t sure about it at 1st, but the team was great, the process was easy & all done on my iPhone, when I needed help, all my concerns were addressed by Dean in no time!
