Maybe I’m wrong, but I expected more from a company with the name “Veterans” United. There are several other companies that I learned of closer to my closing date that offer things that this company did not. Overall it wasn’t a bad process and for the most part the staff responded relatively quickly. Bottom line recommendation, I’d do my research before committing any to a lender. As a veteran we’ve earned any and all benefits, discounts, etc…

During PCS and ETSing, Veterans United showed incredible care and support for me every time. I was blown away by how quick and easy they were able to work with and made the entire process smooth.
