We’ve used VU twice and a smaller lender once for our three total times we’ve purchased a home using the VA Loan. Whole team at Veterans United was very communicative, helpful, and reassuring. My only request is to consider if your client is reaching out via email or text to keep it to text or email and ask before calling if a phone call is doable. For me, at least, email and text is easier because of my audio processing disability and full time work schedule.

Brandon was the best broker I have worked with when buying a home for my family. Brandon possesses excellent communication skills and is very knowledgable in his field.
