Dorian and his team really came through for us. He not only successfully convinced the seller to shift from only accepting a conventional loan to allowing us to go VA, but he was really responsive and personally stayed on our loan closing all the way until the end, something that was helpful because the title agency dropped the ball on the day of closing. Dorian is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work after hours. Can’t recommend more highly.
I didnt have the greatest credit after waiting for VA claims for 13 yrs, but we started working on it in September of 2022 and by December of 2022 we were ready to purchase. We found and closed on perfect house in March of 2023

The process was quick fast and straightforward. They handled everything with promptness and professionalism. At the start of closing “chef kiss” couldn’t have gone smoother. Got a great deal with a beating home and nice sized plot of land. My squad was great especially being a first time buyer. They have went above and beyond for me from start to finish.
