Most people take at least a year or so to find a house it only took me five months. They matched me with great realtors in every state I was looking in to buy. The process was quick fast and straightforward. They handled everything with promptness and professionalism. At the start of closing “chef kiss” couldn’t have gone smoother. Got a great deal with a beating home and nice sized plot of land. My squad was great especially being a first time buyer. They have went above and beyond for me from start to finish. I didnt have the greatest credit after waiting for VA claims for 13 yrs, but we started working on it in September of 2022 and by December of 2022 we were ready to purchase. We found and closed on perfect house in March of 2023
Loan team communicated often, keeping me informed on where the process was at and what was going on from start to finish. Josh did an excellent job of making the process feel friendly and overall, less intimidating. Had an issue come up the week of closing that would have delayed everything, Josh and the team were able to overcome the obstacle to put everything back on track and still managed to close on the original date as intended. Can't say enough about the Veterans United team. Would, and will recommend to every veteran I know.
