Buying a house is never easy and is full of stress. Veterans United team helped me get this house in my 30 day close despite speed bumps. my loan team was always available to speak with me at any time of day. I was able to text my team anytime I had any questions & they get back to me within a few minutes.
It is hard not to be personal in writing this review, so I won't even try. My entire team was professional, courteous, and compassionate. What can be shown on paper is that their expertise was top-notch and enabled me to get a home in less than 6 weeks. Between the lines and all the documents and sheets of paper, my entire team genuinely cared about me and my situation.
Though I mentioned how significant getting a home would be, I don't think my team will ever understand the depth of what they did for me. I was adrift and alone for so long from one loss after another over the years. Veterans United and my team stepped up, picked me up, and stood beside me and supported me the whole way. VU just didn't help me get a home, they gave me my life back and made me whole again.
Veterans united was a big help. Help me with everything I didn't know. We can't be any happier with our new home.
While deployed, Rich Pauls contacted me and basically we hit it off and then when I got home he was able to let me know what my wife and me needed to send him as well as Tiffany Herrmann. I will definitely be sending fellow soldiers towards veterans united as long as family members.
