my loan officers were okay but this whole process was extremely difficult. the company itself is what i have a problem with. I hear yall will just sell my loan to another company anyway.

I’m glad to hear your loan officers were okay to work with, but I also understand your concerns about loan servicing. In some cases, loans may be transferred to another servicer after closing, but that doesn’t change the support available to you. You’re still part of the Veterans United family, and our Client Advocate team is always here if questions or concerns come up along the way.

Lance and Evan made the whole process easy. They kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process.
