Our entire home buying experience was amazing with Veterans United. We truly felt that every person we worked with truly cared about helping us purchase our first home and what was best for our family! While the process can be a bit intimidating and stressful at times, every member of the team did their absolute best to calm our nerves and worked diligently to help us achieve the dream of home ownership!!! Our overall experience was ok. The response time from our loan team was lacking. Our loan almost didn’t get cleared on time but luckily we sent in a letter of explanation without being advised to do so only because i had purchased a home before and know that it can clear most unusual situations. The loan team never contacted my supervisor to get the necessary information i had to practically bagger everyone on a constant to get things done and information sent and received. Lucky I’ve been through the process before so it wasn’t the best experience but i was able to get what needed to be done and we closed on time but if this was a first time home buyer then im sure dates would have had to move back and this would have been a very bad experience for them. They weren’t bad enough that i wouldn’t recommend them to an experience home buyer but i wouldn’t recommend them to a first time home buyer.
These guys worked hard to get me through the loan process and I am very thankful to them.
All staff that I worked with were very friendly, knowledgeable, and always there if I had any questions or problems. By far the best experience buying anything in my life.
