I know personally, my sister was instrumental in the process with my home buying experience and she had nice things to say about Veterans United herself as well. I am proud to be a Veteran I served for twenty four years. Taking care of soldiers is what I did and taking care of me is what Veterans United has done so far. The whole team has been nothing short of amazing and spectacular to say the least and I started this journey with casey and a credit advisor and a low credit score that was very weak and please forgive me for not remembering soni in most of this because if casey didn’t refer me to him I would not be a home owner today they stuck with me and guided me in this direction and had just as much faith and loyalty in me as I have in them and boy am I greatful. It a little funny when I say Casey walks on water and I thank god he’s not a quiter. Thank each and everyone of the team at united.
The loan officer, Stephanie was excellent. She texted me and was as sent emails and phone calls. I would recommend her to my friends if they are looking for a new home.

I have mixed feelings about using Veteran's United. Loved the real estate agent they referred us to, the concierge was super nice, and the loan officer good. The insurance rep found us the lowest rate for home owner's insurance so no complaints there either. However, they use a middle-person called a loan coordinator who we did not like at all. Not sure what that individual's purpose other than pass along or ask for information for the loan officer or underwriter; seems like work the loan officer could do. Would not recommend using any lender who uses something like this. We found that part of the process frustrating because ours didn't seem to review any of the documents we submitted and ended up asking for duplicate information that had already been provided.They seem to struggle communication across the team. We provided detailed information to the representative when we initially inquired; income, employment status, ect. However some of the information never made it to the loan officer until right before closing, causing a lot of unneeded anxiety throughout the process. In the end it all worked out but I feel it could have gone a lot smoother.

I truly thought this was going to be one of the most difficult, lengthy processes I have experienced, especially as a first time homebuyer. To say the VU Team made everything as easy and seamless as possible is an understatement. From start to finish, the team walked me through every step, answered every question. They made the process so easy, I think we closed in less than a month! It went so fast and easy, it certainly feels like it was less than a month. I would recommend every Veteran looking to purchase a home, contact the VU Team!
Philip is very unprofessional her only quells via text after normal 9-5 business hours and only at his convenience, NOT the buyer and NOT the seller and will not communicate effectively with the agents in regards to urgent timelines. Clearly demonstrated lack of regulatory knowledge resulting in delays, confusion about funding, and missed settlement dates, yes more than one missed settlement date on the same property. Do not go with Philip and his team, I would be hesitant to recommend veterans united again because even colleagues do not communicate effectively.
Logan’s and his team did an Awsome job getting me to closing! My home is absolutely fabulous! Thank you, Veterans United for being faithful and true to the veterans of the United States may he go off to you for a job well done!!!
