2nd and last time using veterans united. Horrible experience. Closed late, terrible communication. The only person competent on the team was Ashley. If she was our loan officer we absolutely would have closed on time. She stepped in and got our home across the finish line. She’s great.
Only bump in the road was documents signature block had to be real aligned, but problem was taken care of quickly. Sometimes high tech doesn't just needs some human input
Besides being extremely detailed, which is not really a bad thing, everything went very awesome.
The whole team was great to work with. Very caring people that really do want to help you get into your new home. They definitely do whatever they can to help you through the whole process.
