Whole team keep checking in every step of the way. Explained everything and was straight to the point. They were great working through the many issues I had with the purchase of my home. At no point was I unsure of what was going on on the financial side.
Some members of the team are amazing, however one member was horrible. Not realizing the appraisal had been canceled 3 times is pretty sad. Then also blaming everyone else for her lack of attention and clear communication was a no go.
