We never thought we could get a loan, but we tried and within 3 months we own a home and got our credit built up!
Thanks again! None of this would have been possible, with this I am starting a buisness and it is all thanks to matt from the very start!
From me, to the realtor to the title company - we all agreed that this was one of the smoothest transactions any of us had experienced.
All I can say is thank you. It has been a long time dream for us to have a home with a bit of property for our horse, a nice garden, and a few chickens. Veterans United Home Mortgage made it all possible. After a previous experience many years ago with a VA mortgage from another lender we were uneasy at first but Mitch, Andrew, and Jessica hit it out of the park and help make our dream come true. We are now living in our forever home and we absolutely love it.
We had just one visit to our local Veterans United Office. Everything else was handled online. So easy and so Professional. Thank You so much!
Great experience easy to follow steps /to do's would highly recommend used for initial home buying , and 3 years later with a refinance .
Bo Clapp was hands down the best person I have worked with in any way not just as my loan agent but as a person overall. I truly felt that he cared about my wife and myself, not just in getting us our home but during this global crisis it seemed he truly cared that we were doing good and staying healthy. Bo Clapp upheld and exceeded Veterans United motto “ with you every step of the way “. Any and all veterans I know whom are thinking of purchasing a home will be receiving Bo’s direct number for sure !!!
It was a complete pleasure working with Bo and will do business with no one but him in our future endeavors.
Everyone involved work diligently for seven months to make sure this transaction went through with out any problems.

Andrew, Thank you so much. We were very lucky to have gotten you for our loan specialist.
I would recommend Veterans to all my veteran friends.
It was a process but easy.
Was concerned about signing given the fact that Fed was talking about reducing rates further very soon in light of the plummeting stock market but was assured that, should that happen soon, perhaps we could do this again without the burden of closing costs. Is this still true? It appears Fed will be substantially reducing rates again soon.
