Overall great customer service from the team!! Quick action on anything sent their way! Only opportunity I never spoke with the beginning reps regarding services such as moving companies, utilities, etc may be best to streamline most communication down to 1-2 agents to eliminate that possibility of someone missing out on communication and follow up
The entire VU team was awesome! The additional assistance provided to get insurance, security, utilities, etc. set up was also outstanding. The fact that VU knew everything about VA loans made the process much easier.
