I found Veterans United on a simple google search, one phone call and the team was off and running to get me to my keys. I have experienced the horror of buying a home some 26 years ago. Wish I had this team there not to mention the VA eligibility back then.Thank you all for a great experience and the support through the process!
If you can’t resolve the issues that I have already brought to Jon and Thomas attention then I will not recommend VU to anyone.
I went in having no idea what I was doing because it was my first time buying. VU answered all of my questions no matter how ridiculous they were and how big or small they were, in a matter of minutes every time. Knowing I wasn’t their only client and still showing me as much dedication they did absolutely blows my mind. The most friendly and caring and supportive people I have ever worked with in a super stressful process. They were the relief I needed. 100/10 recommend them. Also the best rate I could find. So on top of being amazing, their rate was the best I found.
